Adroit's ATH Hoist is comprised of the following elements:
Typical configuration:

Horizontal Access
Length: range of travel plus 36 inches; overall travel limited to 70 feet unless positioning system is upgraded to absolute encoders
Width: 24 inches Column and Frame, plus footplate
Construction: steel, with polyester powder coat
Max operating speed: 120 fpm (dependent on fixturing)
Driven by a TENV 90 VDC motor, under servo control, via steel reinforced polyurethane belt. The frame is configured in ten foot frame sections with legs on five foot centers. Each adjoining section shares one leg.

Vertical Axis
Stroke: 30 to 90 inches
Minimum headroom: see drawing
Operating speed: 25 fpm, up to 60 fpm available
Column shell: steel with polyester powder coat
For the Adroit-ATH, the cantilevered arm is attached directly to a ballscrew via a slot in the front face of the head.
Electrical
Construction: NEMA 12, epoxy painted mild steel over powder coat base. E-Stop.
Power supply: 115 volt, 1 phase, 60 Hertz, 10 to 20 Amps per head.
Controls: PC-based standard.
